Every bracelet is made by hand using natural Chinese lacquer over a wooden core. Slight variations in color, pattern and inlay placement are inherent to the craft and are not defects — no two pieces are identical, including yours and the one photographed. Product photos are color-accurate to the best of our ability, but screens vary. Lifestyle imagery on product pages may include AI-assisted renderings of our pieces being worn; the white-background photographs show the actual product.
All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment through our payment processor at checkout. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation with an order number. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable (most pieces are one of a kind or limited series) or if we suspect fraud. Sales tax is collected where required.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Handcrafted-to-ship time is 1–2 business days; transit estimates are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address — we cannot recover parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@luckybeady.com with your order number to start. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 days of our receiving the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover everything, just send us a photo.
Our "Find Your Match" elemental reading is offered for reflection, inspiration and enjoyment. It is not medical, financial, legal or life advice, and no outcome is promised from wearing any piece. The bracelet is a beautiful object and a tactile reminder — that is the promise, and we stand by that one.
All site content — product designs, names, photography, text and the Lucky Beady brand — belongs to us. You're welcome to share it with credit; you may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
