Lucky Beady ("we", "us") makes hand-crafted lacquer bead bracelets and operates luckybeady.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to fulfill your order and help you, we don't sell your data, and we work with a small number of trusted service providers.
To process and ship your order, respond to your questions, provide order tracking, generate your elemental reading if requested, and meet our legal obligations (such as tax records). We send transactional emails about your order; we only send marketing email if you separately opt in.
Only service providers who help us run the shop: our payment processor (e.g., Stripe), shipping carriers and label providers, our website hosting provider, and our AI service provider (Anthropic) for the matching consultation and care chat. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Consultation and chat messages are not used to train models by us and are retained only as needed to operate the service. You can clear your cart and recent orders anytime by clearing your browser's site data.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any of these, email hello@luckybeady.com — we respond within 30 days.
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
